3. 3rd thing people see: Entrance Interior/Hall Decorated.
4. Declutter Home by Half. Box up store.
5. Have Home Professionally Cleaned.
6. Make Repairs.
7. Organize Closets.
8. Open All Curtains/Blinds/Etc.
9. Have All Light Bulbs Working And On.
10. All Trash Removed.
11. Have Fresh Flowers and/or Fruit.
12. Pleasant Background Music.
13. Eliminate Odors With Candles or Neutralizing Spray.
14. Hide all valuables and prescription drugs.
15. Remove yourself from the home and let me take over.
